Respiratory Therapist – Full-Time (San Diego, CA)

This full-time, Monday–Friday position is based in our San Diego, CA office, with periodic home visits to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care. Must be an actively licensed Respiratory Therapist.

Your Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist at Kadence Healthcare, you will play a key role in providing patients with life-changing respiratory care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Configuring and setting up ventilators, HFCWO, and CPAP devices and other respiratory equipment.
• Delivering and setting up respiratory equipment both in-office and at patients’ residences.
• Educating patients and caregivers on the proper usage of respiratory devices, ensuring comfort and confidence in their care.
• Assist with inventory management
• Testing respiratory equipment to ensure functionality standards.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled professional with a passion for patient care. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• A professional and polished and neat appearance, personable, business casual attire (no visible tattoos).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with the team.
• The ability to operate a work cell phone and software applications for patient data capture.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours as needed.
• The ability to lift up to 30 pounds
