Respiratory Therapist-FT Nights

The Respiratory Therapist provides specialized respiratory care to patients throughout the surgical hospital/emergency department, including pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative settings. This role delivers safe and effective respiratory therapies, manages ventilatory support, and collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Respiratory Therapist performs patient assessments, implements physician‑ordered treatment plans, monitors patient responses, and adjusts therapy based on clinical judgment and established protocols. This position also plays a key role in emergency airway management, rapid response support, and maintaining high standards of care in a fast‑paced surgical environment.

Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy with one year of acute care experience required.

Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure (RT) BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
