Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Karachi Branch, Pakistan

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our Karachi branch. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with medical devices and a strong clinical background in respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Clinically correlate the application and technical usage of medical devices provided by the company
• · Clinically develop and find appropriate solutions with technical staff for the issues arising time to time with company devices in affiliates/clinical sites/hospitals
• · Schedule marketing plans and demonstrations of equipment and patient interfaces.
• · Develop, monitor, and refine the clinical education component of co-workers and coordinate clinical education with didactic education as assigned by the director/unit manager and conduct appropriate clinical trainings as per need of the company.
• · Evaluate and ensure the appropriateness/effectiveness of all clinical education affiliates/hospitals
• · Ensure that all requirements for clinical trainings in the program are met by every participant
• · Orient and train clinical instructors and/or preceptors at clinical sites/hospitals
• · Visit clinical affiliates/hospitals to ensure the objectives of trainings
• · Function as Instructor of Record for all trainings
• · Maintain supervisory responsibility of all participants attending a training
• · Be available in person, by phone or other methods of communication to solve problems as they arise at any time a participant in hospital or clinical site
• · Ensure that clinical documentation is complete, accurate and maintained securely as directed by the Program Director/Business Unit Manager
• · Other duties as assigned by the Director/Business Unit Manager

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory care
• Proven experience handling and managing respiratory medical devices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience in homecare respiratory services and medical devices
• Technical knowledge of device installation and maintenance
• Customer service-oriented mindset
