The Role

We’re looking for a Respiratory Therapist who is clinically strong, team-oriented, and passionate about patient care. In this role, you’ll work in a skilled nursing environment providing advanced respiratory support that directly improves patient quality of life.

Available Shifts

• Days: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN
• Nights: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN

What You’ll Do

• Deliver respiratory therapy treatments as prescribed
• Manage ventilators and provide trach care
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive strong patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families with clarity and compassion
• Play a key role in improving quality of life for every patient you serve

What You Bring

• Active Respiratory Therapist license (state of practice)
• BLS Certification (required)
• CRT required | RRT preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge in pulmonology and critical care
• High attention to detail and strong assessment skills
• A team-first mindset with a passion for patient-centered care
