Respiratory Therapist (RT)

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our clinical team on a Full Time basis. This role supports the delivery of critical respiratory care to residents in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting. From ventilator management to airway stabilization and resident education, you’ll be an essential part of our clinical operations and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver all respiratory therapy services in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.

• Provide ventilator care management and support for residents with complex respiratory needs.

• Maintain airway patency and provide emergency respiratory interventions as needed.

• Administer respiratory medications and monitor their effectiveness.

• Set up, monitor, and adjust respiratory therapy equipment.

• Educate residents and families on respiratory care plans and equipment use.

• Serve as a vital member of the CPR/emergency response team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) in [Insert State].

• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, or long-term care setting is a plus.

• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Schedule & Availability:

• Per Diem

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Weekend availability is required
