Your Role Includes:

• Providing high-quality respiratory care to our residents on our nightshift, with low ratios
• Working closely with nursing staff, physicians, and pulmonary specialists to ensure top-notch care
• Coordinating with the Respiratory Therapy team to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participating in care planning, assessments, and family/resident communication
• Fostering a culture of clinical excellence and support

Qualifications:

• Licensed RT in Ohio (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Strong clinical knowledge of ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
