Respiratory Therapist/Set up Technician or Equivalent

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist or a qualified technician is able to perform sleep therapy equipment set ups at our clinic (Example: CPAP). The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and vey thorough and knowledgeable. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing respiratory care services.

Duties

- Perform respiratory assessments and develop treatment plans

- Administer settings and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Perform Set ups @ Office / Virtual Set ups

- Address patient complaints in a timely manner

- Patient Follow up and adjust settings/Change Masks (If Needed)

- Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and treatments

- Respond to emergency situations requiring respiratory support

- Document patient care accurately and timely (Use the medical Platforms)

Experience

Required:

- Experience in working with respiratory devices

- Proficiency in medical terminology

Nice-to-have:

- Certification or licensure as a Respiratory Therapist

- Experience as a RPGST

- Familiarity with advanced respiratory therapies
