Your Impact You'll deliver personalized 4-hour care sessions supporting individuals experiencing memory changes in their own homes. This role combines clinical skills with heartfelt companionship, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while maintaining the work-life balance you deserve.

Core Duties

• Design cognitive engagement activities tailored to each person's abilities and interests
• Support daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and personal care routines
• Prepare nutritious meals and provide gentle medication reminder
• Monitor safety and document observations for family communication
• Partner with loved ones to honor individual care preferences and life stories
• Maintain detailed care documentation and participate in family updates

Essential Requirements

• Active CNA and/or HHA certification
• Demonstrated experience in elder care or memory support settings
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication styles
• Physical capability to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Clean background check and reliable transportation
