Your Impact as a Memory Care Support Professional:

You'll deliver specialized respite services in comfortable 4-hour segments, creating meaningful moments while providing essential relief to family caregivers. Every shift you work directly supports a family's ability to care for their loved one at home with dignity and comfort.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing cognitive engagement techniques tailored to each individual's abilities and interests
• Providing personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring medication compliance as directed
• Creating a secure, stimulating environment while monitoring for behavioral or health changes
• Building trusted relationships with both clients and their family support systems
• Documenting care observations and communicating updates to our clinical team

We're Looking For Professionals Who Have:

• Current CNA or HHA certification (required)
• Demonstrated experience in memory care, dementia support, or geriatric care settings
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication styles for cognitive differences
• Dependable character with commitment to consistency in care delivery
• Willingness to complete comprehensive background screening process
