Restaurant Accountant & Cost Controller

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Restaurant Accountant & Cost Controller to independently manage the complete financial and costing operations of a restaurant business. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for accounting, F&B costing, inventory control, and financial reporting, directly reporting to senior management / owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle daily sales reporting, cash controls, and revenue reconciliation
• Manage full F&B costing, recipe costing, inventory control, and stock variance analysis
• Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs; control wastage and margins
• Handle supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L reports, and management summaries
• Track budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external parties as required
• Provide regular financial updates and insights directly to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling end-to-end accounting and cost control for a restaurant or hospitality business
• Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory systems, and restaurant operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• UAE restaurant experience preferred
