About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Payments Officer to manage daily payments, cash handling, vendor settlements, and financial record-keeping for our restaurant in Gujrat.

The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organized, and experienced in managing financial transactions in a hospitality or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing payments (cash, bank, digital)
• Maintain daily sales and expense records
• Verify supplier invoices and process vendor payments
• Monitor petty cash and maintain cash-flow reports
• Reconcile daily cash, POS, and bank transactions
• Prepare basic financial summaries for management
• Coordinate with management on budgeting and cost control

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts, cashiering, or finance administration
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or retail industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of payment handling and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel / accounting software
• High level of integrity and responsibility
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Working Hours & Compensation

• Full-time, on-site position in Gujrat
• 4pm - 12pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
