Assistant Manager- Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager who is eager to grow with us and help deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager by leading and supervising Shift Leaders and Crew Members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality by exceeding guest expectations and creating a fun, upbeat environment through “Tropitude.”
• Train, coach, and support team members to follow café procedures and maintain consistent product quality.
• Manage labor costs and control food inventory using established tools and strategies.
• Foster a positive team culture while assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• ServSafe Certified (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Must be at least 18 years old with flexible availability.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
