Twigs Bistro & Martini bar is looking for an energetic, service-driven Assistant Manager to join our leadership team at our Columbia Center Mall location in Kennewick, WA.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & inspire front and back-of-house team members
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with confidence
• Coach, train, and develop future leaders
• Help drive operational excellence during high-volume service
• Foster a positive and accountable team culture
• Support staffing, scheduling, and daily restuarant operations
• Be a visible leader who leads by example

• Previous restaurant leadership experience

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
