This is a tipped position where hourly wage will start at the industry standard of $5.50. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued whether they’re enjoying a casual meal or celebrating a special event. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, and provide attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Foreup), ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining and banquet settings
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards and food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining proper documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or events.

Requirements

• Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service, serving, or banquet operations
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
• Experience in fine dining environments or country clubs is highly desirable
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or events efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and enhance guest relations
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special event hours in a fast-paced setting
