Restaurant & Banquet Staff

Job Summary:
At Energized Dining, we are seeking a highly skilled Servers, Cooks, & Utility people to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services in an upscale dining environment. This is an ideal role for those who are passionate about food service, customer service, and helping others. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities will be specific to the position applied to, and may include some or all of the following

- Provide top-notch customer service to every guest, including offering recommendations and ensuring that every meal is served promptly and to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, replenishing supplies, and keeping the dining area tidy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are served promptly and to the correct tables.
- Utilize food handling skills to handle food and drinks in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Cooking and presenting menu and Banquet items that maintain our high standards, to exceed our customers' expectations.

-Provide help to guests as needed, including answering questions about the menu and making recommendations.
- Work in a hotel setting, providing guest services and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and cared for.
- Utilize food industry knowledge to answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
- Demonstrate a passion for the food service industry, with a focus on helping others.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a food service environment, including experience as a server, host, dishwasher, cook, or bartender.
- Experience working in a hotel setting, providing guest services and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and cared for.
- Experience handling food and drinks in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Experience with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Experience providing customer service and helping others in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
