Restaurant / Bar Server

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Restaurant/Bar Server to take and deliver orders in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and engaging personality while also being efficient and attentive to customer needs.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or bar setting
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage items
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Basic math skills for processing payments

**Responsibilities:**

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serve food and beverages in a timely fashion
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

**Additional Requirements:**

• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
• New Mexico Food and Alcohol servers licenses will be required
