Barrel & Vine is looking for skilled, motivated bartenders to join our team for the summer season and beyond. If you love high-volume service, take pride in your craft, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks and hospitality, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and whiskey with speed, precision, and personality
• Engage with guests, assess preferences, and offer thoughtful drink recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Follow all food safety and beverage regulations
• Work seamlessly with the bar and floor team in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior bartending experience in a high-volume or craft-focused setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and whiskey (or a passion to keep learning)
• Excellent communication skills with a positive, team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure
• Comfort using POS systems and processing orders efficiently
