Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for hotel guests and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Manage cash register and process payments accurately
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the hotel’s standards
• Keep up-to-date with new drink recipes, trends, and techniques

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and alcohol safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses
