Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision
- Act as a floor leader during service, supporting the General Manager
- Help supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring service standards, flow, and timing are consistently met
- Lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality
- Assist with pre-shift meetings, opening and closing, daily priorities, and service execution
- Coach and support servers, runners, bussers, bartenders, and hosts during service
- Step in to resolve guest concerns and ensure a memorable dining experience
Service & Operations
- Take tables when scheduled or when business levels require
- Work server shifts as needed to support operations and increase personal income
- Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service aligned with Divieto’s standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and service procedures
- Support teammates on the floor to maintain pacing, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a manger, Lead Server, Captain, or similar FOH leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with active table service
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
