Restaurant Cashier

BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE CONDUCTED. MUST BE OVER 18.

HOURS OF OPERATION- 8am-5pm daily. Closed Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter and NewYears. No evening shifts.

Larrys Cafe is a 'Dealership Diner' located inside Honda at the Coral Springs Auto Mall. This is a diner inside the auto mall, serving 5 dealerships, their employees and customers. Cashier should have . High volume and fast paced environment.

As a Restaurant Cashier, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at our establishment.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving cash, credit card and token payments.
• Daily restock of cashier inventory.
• Ability to multi-task, taking phone orders, online orders and live customer orders.
• Light expo completing orders and handing to customers in a fast paced environment.
• Greeting customers in friendly manner
• Maintaining daily cleanliness and organization of area.
• Proactively maintain food portioning.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately.
• Scooping ice cream and making shakes.
• Wipe down all seating tables so they are clean for each new customer
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Inventory Count weekly
• Proactively maintain and manage operation, efficiency is key

**Excellent working knowledge POS.

MUST have a clean appearance. This is an open kitchen, very busy cafe, clean appearance required. Unique and social environment.

Qualifications
- setting
- Proficiency in POS systems, with experience in Clover POS being a plus
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in a food service environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing correct change
