Job Title: Cashier
Location: MADO – Dubai Mall

Job Summary
The Cashier at MADO Dubai Mall is responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a friendly attitude to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience in line with MADO’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers politely and assist them during the payment process.
- Accurately process cash, card, and other payment transactions using the POS system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, or vouchers as required.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area.
- Answer basic customer inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and promotions.
- Coordinate with service staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and cash-handling standards at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or system issues immediately to management.
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and mall regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role (F&B or retail preferred).
- Basic math skills and accuracy in cash handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Presentable, customer-oriented, and team player.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
