At Spa Castle Urban Resort, our culinary journey is a vital part of the immersive experience. As the first and last point of contact in our dining areas, you are not just processing a transaction—you are ensuring our guests have a friendly and knowledgable visit and leave with a final, positive impression that lasts.We are seeking friendly and efficient individuals to join our team as Restaurant Cashiers | Guest Service. In this role, you are the face of our dining operations, blending seamless order-taking and payment processing with the warm, gracious hospitality we are known for.

Your Mission To provide a quick, accurate, and genuinely friendly experience for every guest. You will be the key to a smooth and satisfying selection process to their meal, elevating a simple order-taking into a moment of connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet & Guide | Welcome guests to the counter with a smile, answer menu questions knowledgeably, and accurately input their food and beverage orders
• Process with Precision | Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring every transaction is seamless.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction | Confirm order accuracy with the kitchen team and promptly address any guest inquiries or minor issues with a solution-oriented mindset
• Maintain a Welcoming Station | Keep the cashier area, menus, and condiment stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift
• Be a Brand Ambassador | Represent the Spa Castle Urban Retreat standard by providing gracious service that reflects our unique blend of Korean courtesy and Texas warmth.

Who You Are

• A people-person with a positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment for customer service (Previous cashier or F&B experience is a plus, but a great attitude is most important!)
• An effective communicator who remains calm and friendly during busy periods
• Reliable, honest, and comfortable with handling financial transactions
• A team player who can work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays (Full-Time and Part-Time available)

Pay: $14.00 per hour
