RESTAURANT CASHIER - ARAB NATIONALITY

We are a well-known Arabic restaurant in the UAE, offering authentic cuisine and exceptional service. We are currently looking for a Cashier with strong F&B experience, an accounting background, and UAE work experience to join our growing team.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, managing POS systems, supporting basic accounting tasks, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the restaurant’s POS and cash register operations.
• Handle customer payments (cash, card, digital) efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain daily cash reconciliation, sales reports, and petty cash.
• Support accounting team with invoice checking, basic bookkeeping, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and UAE regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service at the counter or cashier station.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of F&B cashier experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and records.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure during busy hours.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus; English is required.
