As Synergy Restaurant Consultants continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced hospitality leader at the General Manager level or above to join our consulting team.

We are looking for a hands-on operator who thrives in the field , someone who values a flexible schedule, is energized by variety, and is able to travel extensively to support clients across the country and the world. This is not a desk role. It is designed for leaders who want to be in the business, inside operations, working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to drive meaningful change.

This opportunity is ideal for operators who have led large or multi-unit teams, managed complex P&Ls, driven measurable operational improvements, and are ready to apply that expertise across a broader portfolio of brands and clients.

Our work is both hands-on and strategic. We partner directly with ownership groups and executive teams to:

  • Lead comprehensive on-site operations assessments
  • Evaluate F&B organizational structure and leadership effectiveness
  • Identify gaps in systems, training, financial performance, and execution
  • Analyze P&Ls, prime cost, labor models, and workflow efficiency
  • Review menus for operational feasibility and margin alignment
  • Facilitate executive and leadership alignment sessions
  • Develop practical, prioritized action plans with measurable milestones
  • Provide structured follow-up coaching and accountability

You will engage directly with ownership groups, Presidents, CEOs, and executive leadership teams. Executive presence and strategic thinking are essential. The ability to influence at every level of an organization, from line-level leaders to the boardroom is critical.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years at GM-level or above restaurant experience
  • Deep P&L fluency and labor/cost management expertise
  • Experience leading change initiatives or turnarounds
  • High level of personal accountability and self-direction
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
