  • Cost Analysis & Control: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly F&B costs, analyze variances.
  • Inventory Management: Manage F&B costing, stock variance analysis, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare sales reports, and management summaries.
  • POS & Sales Reconciliation: Verify POS data (voids, discounts, complimentary sales) and reconcile sales with financial records.
  • Supplier Management: Review purchase orders, process invoices, and manage orders.
  • Menu Engineering: Assist with menu pricing based on cost trends and profitability.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring data entry accuracy.
  • Auditing & Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and manage physical inventory counts.
  • Costing & Variance: Analyze inventory costs, identify variances, and report on slow-moving items.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement inventory control procedures, collaborating with purchasing.
  • Monitor online order platform, Talabat, Keeta, Noon, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,999.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
