We are looking for a Counter Server (Part-Time or Full-Time) who is as passionate about great food and craft beverages as we are. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and love connecting with people, you’ll fit right in.

Your Role: The Face of Main Course

As a Counter Server, you are the heartbeat of our marketplace. You’ll be doing more than just taking orders—you’ll be a guide for our guests, a barista, and a mixologist.

  • Elevate the Experience: Greet every guest with genuine warmth and ensure their visit is seamless and memorable.
  • Craft & Create: Prepare fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, artisanal espresso drinks, and simple, high-quality cocktails.
  • Expert Knowledge: Master our daily-changing menu to confidently discuss ingredients, prep methods, and dietary options.
  • Efficiency & Accuracy: Handle POS transactions with ease and collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect.
  • Market Upkeep: Keep the service area pristine, well-stocked, and ready for the rush.

Who You Are

  • Energetic & Reliable: You bring a positive attitude to every shift and handle the "lunch rush" with grace.
  • A Natural Communicator: You enjoy upselling your favorite seasonal dishes and making guests feel at home.
  • Experienced: You have a background in fast-paced food service and are comfortable with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Versatile: You have (or are eager to hone) skills in espresso preparation and basic bartending.
  • Flexible: You’re available to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or café.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • A passion for local, seasonal food and hospitality.
  • Barista and simple bartending experience

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
