Restaurant Development Executive

Full-time office-based role responsible for complete operational ownership and performance improvement of assigned restaurant branches. The role is accountable for driving revenue growth, controlling costs, and ensuring operational discipline across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full operational oversight of restaurant branch performance, including sales, profitability, and efficiency.
  • P&L responsibility with continuous monitoring of revenue, food cost, labor cost, and overheads.
  • Implementation of structured growth strategies to improve dine-in, takeaway, and delivery sales.
  • Management and optimization of aggregator platforms and direct delivery channels.
  • Inventory control, stock management, and procurement coordination to ensure accuracy, reduce leakage, and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitoring and reduction of wastage across kitchen and service operations.
  • Oversight of daily operations including service standards, kitchen output, and SOP compliance.
  • Analysis of sales trends, item performance, and cost variances to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Handling of customer feedback systems including complaints, online reviews, and rating improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations, multi-outlet management, or F&B business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, cost structures, and revenue drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory systems, delivery aggregators, and operational reporting.
