Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for easy access.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service times.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices within the kitchen.
