Restaurant & Event Bartender/Server

We’re seeking an experienced and service-driven Bartender/Server professionals to join our team and help lead the execution of memorable experiences for our guests.

Position Overview:
The Bartender/Server role oversees the setup, service, and execution of our full-service restaurant, bar and event spaces. This role requires a hands-on leader who leads by example, delivers polished service, and ensures every experience reflects our hotel’s standards of quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Setup, service and closing duties in both our restaurant and event spaces.
• Ability to review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to confirm setup requirements, timelines, and special requests
• Execute and communicate event details and service expectations
• Coordinate closely with our culinary team to ensure flawless service execution
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, providing direction and assisting guests as needed
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
• Monitor food and beverage service for accuracy, quality, and timeliness
• Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness, presentation, and safety in all event spaces
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• 1 year+ experience in a full-service hotel or upscale event venue
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, and resolve issues calmly under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Working knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hospitality protocols
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
