Key Responsibilities

Supervise front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and reception personnel

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members

Coordinate with kitchen or back-of-house teams for smooth operations

Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards

Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists

Track inventory for front-of-house supplies

Assist with opening and closing procedures
Qualifications

3-5 year’s experience in FOH restaurant operations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software preferred
