Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Front Desk Lead to oversee daytime front-of-house operations during lunch service at a busy full-service restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer interaction, and helping maintain smooth daily operations in a professional restaurant environment. Primarily Tuesday-Saturday lunch shifts, approximately 25–30 hours per week.

Duties

  • Greet and seat guests professionally
  • Manage reservations and incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate takeout and delivery orders
  • Support communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Assist with opening procedures and daily lunch operations
  • Handle customer concerns professionally
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of front desk areas
  • Communicate operational updates to management

Skills

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and able to help create a smooth and welcoming guest experience during our daytime operations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
