Restaurant Manager

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee is a plus
- Bartending experience is preferred
- Culinary background or knowledge is an asset
- Degree in hospitality management or a related field is desirable
