Job description:

ensuring the smooth operation of the venue with the provision of service for the customer

- ensuring effective venue management and staff work organization with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

- management of approx. 20 employees with your management team

- control of set standards for service and product

- management of regular meetings with employees

- preparation of employee schedules

- ensuring the training process of a new employee

- ensuring the ordering of goods

- ensuring the closing of cash registers and cash management

- team building and motivating

Requirements:

- previous experience in the position of venue manager

- proven skill experience in organizing and managing a team for at least 3 years

- English language proficiency

- customer orientation

- Microsoft Office at a moderately advanced level

- a high level of responsibility and independence

- ability to handle conflict and stressful situations

- professional presentation

- excellent communication skills

- ability to train, effectively motivate and mentor your
