As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and profitability. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profit targets; manage P&L and budgets.
  • Lead and develop the team through training, motivation, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Implement local marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and control operational costs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Strong leadership and decision making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and operational reports.
  • Skilled in training, motivating, and retaining staff.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and problem solving.
Requirements Required Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Experience in handling multi million sales volumes is a plus.
