Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Day to Day operations of a Restaurant, ensuring profitability and meeting financial targets - (sales, Food cost, Labor, SOS)
- Supervise and provide guidance to store managers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Manage projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in profit loss management and achieving financial targets
- Excellent sales and business development skills
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
