Job Objectives:

Supervise the operation of restaurant according to the rules and regulations of the company especially the operation standards. To reach the ultimate goal, the 100% customer satisfaction, Restaurant manager must be able to create strong leadership, define operation plans, provide trainings, oversee subordinates and harmonize the available resources with both internal and external resources of the company.
Major Responsibilities:

1. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in all segments of restaurant i.e. Dine-in, Take-away and delivery.

2. Handle customer’s complaint appropriately and ensure 100% recovery.

3. Demonstrate Hospitality standards and ensure that team follows the same all the times.

4. Define and supervise sales planning for restaurant.

5. Weekly analysis of sales target vs actual.

6. Ensure timely ordering of food & paper and effective inventory management to control Food Cost and variance.

7. Demonstrate and ensure that all managers and supervisors run shifts according to defined standards.

8. Verify store opening and closing standards according to defined standards.

9. Ensure food safety standards are properly followed in store all the times.

10. Ensure effective cash management according to defined standards.

11. Review P&L and control expenses.

12. Verify store payroll and ensure timely submission of required documents to HR.

13. Recruit new employees according to bench plan.

14. Ensure all employee folders are updated on time.

15. Conduct orientation of all new hired staff.

16. Ensure Uniform SOP is followed by all managers, staff & riders and keep uniform tracking to control linen expense.

17. Ensure that store training system is in place and all staff is getting on time training according to their training path.

18. Make roster for managers and staff.

19. Evaluate, recommend promotion and take disciplinary action against managers and staff according to the rules and regulations of the company.

20. Ensure all reporting guidelines are followed.

21. Demonstrate and ensure effective controls over Food Panda orders record keeping and reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,500.00 - Rs90,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Restaurant Industry: 5 years (Required)
