Hiring Now – Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
Job Summary:
The RGM is the primary lead responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. This role balances high-level operational strategy with hands-on floor management to ensure profitability, brand consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Management: Manage the restaurant budget, control labor and food costs, and drive sales growth.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the training and performance of all staff (including the new host and expat team members).
- Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverage items meet brand standards for presentation and taste.
- Compliance: Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Guest Experience: Handle escalated guest feedback and foster a culture of hospitality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or RGM in a high-volume setting.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with inventory management software.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
