Restaurant Group Auditor

The Coffee Lab LLC is currently searching for suitable candidates to fill a new position within our company. We are looking for candidates for an auditor position. It will be mostly administrative and will require visits and inspections to be conducted in all branches within the company.

A Restaurant Auditor is responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with

food safety, quality standards, and operational efficiency within restaurant

operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits of restaurant operations, including food safety practices, sanitation, and

compliance with health regulations.

Evaluate Processes: Assess food production, storage, and handling processes to ensure adherence to established safety

and quality standards.

Report Findings: Document audit results and prepare detailed reports outlining compliance levels, areas for improvement, and recommendations for corrective actions.

Training and Guidance: Provide training to restaurant staff on food safety regulations, best practices, and operational

procedures to enhance compliance and quality assurance.

Investigate Complaints: Address customer complaints related to food safety and quality, conducting investigations and

recommending corrective measures as necessary.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in food safety auditing, quality assurance, or a similar role within the food service

industry is advantageous.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality management systems is

essential.

Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities are crucial for effectively

conducting audits and training staff.

Work Environment
