About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, experienced individuals to provide a friendly welcome to guests, while managing restaurant flow by seating guests in a timely manner.

We are currently seeking candidates for part-time, full-time, seasonal and permanent positions.

Requirements include:

➢ Friendly and welcoming demeanor.

➢ Commitment to customer satisfaction, with a guest-focused attitude.

➢ Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.

➢ Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.

➢ Organization and attention to detail.

➢ Flexibility;working varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required

Responsibilities include:

➢ Escorting guests to appropriate tables; maintaining restaurant flow.

➢ Managing an accurate waitlist, quoting wait times and recording guest information, as needed.

➢ Regularly consulting and updating floor plan.

➢ Communicating with support staff to streamline table turnover.

➢ Answering all incoming calls and handling take-out orders; entering in Point of Sale (POS) software and taking payment.
