Catherine Rooney’s & Trolley Tap House now hiring energetic hosts to greet & seat our customers.

This is a part-time evening & weekend host position...must be able to work late afternoon/evening &/or weekend hours (we offer flexible week to week scheduling). Perfect job for students & those seeking a second place of employment!

Prior restaurant experience not required, but you must be 16 years of age or older to apply host/hostess position. Must be able to work a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage waitlist and reservations to optimize seating capacity.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areas.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Utilize Toast POS systems to handle guest check-ins and manage seating assignments.

- Strong customer service skills

- Familiarity with restaurant operations
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively with a smile!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
