Restaurant Host Manager/ Maitre D

Psomi is an upscale Michelin recognized Greek American Bakery and Eatery. We are looking for hard working individuals who want to grow within our company.

we are looking for full time maitre d'. This person is responsible for supervising service staff, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, escort them to tables, and maintain the dining room's ambiance. You will become proficient in Open Table (our reservation system) and learn the art of maximizing capacity while not disrupting service.

Hours would be 7 am-4pm Thursday-Sunday. We are extremely high volume so this individual must be able to thrive in high pressure environments. Weekends are mandatory as they are our busiest days.

In additional to base pay, you will be tipped out 2% of total restaurant net sales everyday. Base pay is negotiable and depends on the experience of the candidate. Tips average $300-$350 a week on top of base pay.

We are a local family run restaurant looking to celebrate hospitality. there is always room for growth.

this individual is to be an experienced and mature adult. Responsibilities include:

1. managing reservations and waitlist

2. staying calm cool and collected

3. providing an exceptional and personable experience for our guests
