Job Description:

HIT Human Resource Consultancy is hiring an experienced and presentable Club Receptionist for a 5-Star Hotel in the UAE. The candidate must be currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a professional and courteous attitude.
• Manage club check-ins, reservations, and guest records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist / Guest Relations Officer in a hotel or club environment.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates currently in the UAE preferred.
