Tikka Baba Restaurant is looking for a welcoming, energetic, and professional Hostess to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis for our evening shift. As the first point of contact, you will represent the warm hospitality of Tikka Baba, ensuring our guests feel valued and welcomed from the moment they step through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet arriving guests with a friendly smile, open doors, and create a positive first impression.
• Seating Management: Efficiently guide guests to their designated tables, managing table rotations and waiting lists smoothly during peak hours.
• Customer Feedback: Engage with guests before they leave to gather constructive feedback about their dining experience and report it to management.
• Ambience Maintenance: Ensure the reception and entrance areas remain clean, tidy, and organized at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Language: Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory (ability to communicate smoothly with local and regional guests). Conversational English is a plus.
• Availability: Must be able to consistently commit to the permanent evening shift from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, a neat professional appearance, and a natural ability to handle guest inquiries politely.
• Experience: Prior experience as a restaurant hostess, receptionist, or in customer service is preferred but not required.

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):

• Experience with POS systems or basic Cashier / Cash-handling skills will be considered a strong advantage and an added bonus for this role.

Pay: BD250.000 - BD400.000 per month
