• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and reservations
• Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times

Skills

• Previous host/hostess experience or background in food service is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
• Knowledge of hospitality standards including phone etiquette and guest engagement techniques
