Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservation seating to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service
• Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting stations for the next guests
• Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen as needed, including basic plating and setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including side stations and service areas
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required.
• Familiarity with food handling, serving, bussing, or food preparation enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for creating welcoming interactions
• Knowledge of food safety practices and basic culinary understanding supports efficient service delivery
