Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude, making them feel comfortable and appreciated
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using RESY.
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and managing waitlists effectively
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth flow of guests from arrival to seating
• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and provide information about menu options and restaurant amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming environmen

Skillst

• Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service best practices
