We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Restaurant Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive. In this lively role, you will manage reservations, greet guests with enthusiasm, and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure smooth flow and excellent guest relations. Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor, establishing a welcoming environment.
• Manage reservations efficiently and accurate seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times.
• Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing information about the restaurant, menu options, and reservation availability while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a tidy appearance at all times.
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their overall experience.
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, fostering positive interactions throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members.
• Must be at least 18yrs old
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, serving, or hotel environments is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

• This position is Wednesday/Friday/Saturday with the average hours of 3pm-9pm. You will also receive tips from the servers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
