Host / Hostess – Los Milics Vineyards | Tucson Tasting Room

Los Milics Vineyards is seeking a warm, professional, and hospitality-driven Host / Hostess to join our team at our Tucson tasting room. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing Arizona wine brand known for elevated guest experiences, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays an important role in creating a memorable and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow throughout service
• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining service standards
• Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with bookings
• Provide information about wine tastings, menus, events, and memberships
• Communicate effectively with service and management teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entry area
• Assist with light administrative and guest service tasks as needed
• Help create a polished and memorable hospitality experience for every guest

Qualifications

• Previous host, restaurant, tasting room, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and professional presence
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using reservation systems and basic technology
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience is a plus
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
