The Grill Room is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive first and last impression for our guests by maintaining a professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude while greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and fulfilling their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile.
• Escort guests to their table and present menus.
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist.
• Understand the menus and cocktail service in detail.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Work in a high-volume environment.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Answer multiple phone lines and take accurate messages.
• Operate POS system to process payments and manage orders if needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.
  
  

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work multiple phone lines.
• Ability to operate POS system.
