We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Host/Hostess to be the warm first impression of our taproom.

Position Overview As a Host/Hostess at The Lost Marble Brewery, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll greet guests, manage seating, support the beertenders, and maintain smooth guest flow during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly greeting to every guest
• Manage the seating chart and waitlist efficiently
• Assist guests with questions about the brewery, menu, and events
• Keep the entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas tidy
• Support the beertender team with light tasks when needed
• Communicate clearly with servers and taproom staff
• Handle high-traffic flow during peak hours
• Uphold The Lost Marble Brewery’s hospitality standards .

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Previous host/hostess experience is a plus but not required
• Must be 18+
